Digital Camera Powerful Hand

February 21, 2010

The longer, where the various sources of energy used during the thinning, it is also a positive effect. Because, apparently, now appears many sources of alternative energy is very innovative. Starting from the energy of sunlight processing, energy from waste materials, to the energy that is sometimes not thought about before.

For this last category, one of the innovations that are energy-processing trend is with human power. Able from the human body heat, to the movements caused by humans. Human motion is one of them developed by a company from the Japanese electronics giant, Sony.

They recently introduced a prototype digital camera that uses the energy from the movement of the hand. Electrical energy from the camera-named “Twirl N ‘Take” is derived from such a turbine rotated by hand to produce energy battery energy to shoot.

This camera is shaped like a pizza cutter. One end there can wheel spin. That part is functioning as a turbine, which, if this part of the user with movable on the table, will enable generators. Only with the wheel movements continuously for about 15 seconds, the energy produced can be used to take pictures of all shots. So, to make shooting, was a bit tricky. But, clearly, this innovation is very safe and friendly environment. Moreover, its unique enough, will please the kids.

Unfortunately, this camera is not equipped display. Therefore, to see the tape, the camera must be connected to the computer first.

The development of this camera is part of Sony raise awareness of the environment with eco-friendly products that generate electricity from the surroundings. The camera is one product line called Odo. Other products developed Odo Sony, for example, video cameras Crank N ‘Capture the power plant equipped with a crank (lever) and the camera Spin N’ Snap is a hole in the side wheels can be played with the fingers to produce electricity.

If these technologies continue to be developed, perhaps in the future we no longer have to worry about run out of energy. Hopefully.

Burn Calories with Sports Brain
By: Team Andriewongso.com

Sports proved challenging brain can burn about 90 calories per hour. Thus Forrester research team, mental intelligence experts from the UK.
“Our brain takes 0.1 calories per minute (or 6 calories per hour) to just survive,” said Tim, recently. “But he’s trying to give ‘job is challenging, like finishing the game puzzles, crosswords, sudoku, or a difficult quiz. For working hard, caloric needs will increase to 1.5 calories per minute (or 90 calories per hour)!”
“You know,” continued Tim, “the brain is composed of millions of nerve cells are interconnected.’s Called ‘neurons’. Well, these neurons took 3 / 4 of glucose, calories are available, and 1 / 5 oxygen from the blood to create material chemicals called ‘neurotransmitters’, whose job is to convey a message to the whole body. “
“The more difficult puzzles, crosswords, sudoku, or quiz that you choose, and the longer you work, the more glucose and calories are ‘withdrawn’ by the brain,” he concluded.

Hmmm imagine, if the deals completed puzzle sudoku and some problems for 2 hours, you have to spend 180 calories. More than the calories in a biscuit (100 calories), or two hours of calories you spend while standing at the bus / train (140 calories).
Mental Intelligence
My friends, the British Association’s Diet has cautioned, exercise your brain will not make your body slimmer. Because, although necessary ‘capital’ to think hard, the brain does not use fat. In contrast to sugar, fat molecules can not be broken down into glucose. So for you who want to lose weight, keep exercising (physical) regularly and apply a healthy diet.
But the brain also sports should not be abandoned. Consider the opinion of the championship eight times World Memory Champion, Dominic O’Brien (52 years). According to this English guy, just like our bodies, the brain also needs regular exercise to maintain, even increase, the mental intellect plus memory.

Sam Pointon, Small So Small-Director
By: Team Andriewongso.com

Nothing is impossible, if we are brave and really trying to make it happen. Consider the story of Sam Pointon, a boy aged 6 years from the City of York, England. He could be a director at the National Railway Museum (NRM) lho! How the hell, the story?
This incident started a few months ago (July 2009), when the NRM Director Andrew Scott stepped on his retirement. Quickly, the NRM as well preach this job advertisements in local newspapers. They are looking for someone who could replace Andrew’s position.
Well, news and job vacancies are readable by Sam’s father, Robin Pointon (46 years). He immediately notify this to his wife, Lorraine. Then, realizing that their son is a train enthusiast, they showed him the ad, with a little teasing.

“Well Sam, pasti deh, this is the job of your dreams!” Thus said the mother.
Not unexpectedly, Sam responded with very seriously. He immediately wanted this job and immediately cast a job application letter to the NRM leadership.
Here’s her letter:

“Dear. Mr. Tucker,
I am writing this letter to apply for a new job as director of the National Railway Museum. I was a new age of 6 years. But I think I can do this job.
I got an electric railway toys. I also can control two trains at a time.
I’ve climbed a lot of trains, including Eurostar, also a few trains in France.
Oh yes, I’ve also come to the NRM. I really like to see a moving train spin.
I have included pictures as well, in this letter.
I hope I can meet with you and conduct interviews.
From:
Sam Pointon. “
Sure, the NRM party is very surprised to receive a letter from Sam this proposal. But they were so impressed by the courage and sincerity Sam. So, the boy was invited to come and was told that he was given the opportunity to ‘work’ there, as “Director of Fun” (Cheerleading Director). Sam’s responsibility is to collect various ideas, so that the children seemed interested in visiting the NRM.

Sam ‘works’ well. One idea, which makes model railways as a playground of children, was done successfully. As a form of appreciation, Sam with two sister and two parents were given a special tour package gift by NRM. Well, how pleased and proud Pointon family!
“Well, I’m glad to work here, because I really like trains. I came to the museum (NRM) three times a week, after school. Glad to see deh moving train,” said Sam, to the guests and reporters who met him. “My favorite train must Eurostar, which can lead us to go to France with a very quick! I also love to know, as a steam engine!”

Congratulations to Sam Pointon! Good luck in the ‘work’ and education. And later, bRabu, 25-November-2009; 20:14:22 WIB
The work of Apples
By: Team Andriewongso.com
isa became a railroad expert and a true leader.
Prudence Staite (29 years), an artist who used to make this work using food / food artist, recently exhibited his new works are incredible! Namely: six pictures Snow White, plus the seven dwarves, a witch, and the prince; is made from the parts or pieces of 14 kinds of apples.

According to the artist, he was asked to create interesting works are by The Walt Disney Company. The aim is to commemorate the launch of the animated film “Snow White” in the format Blue-Ray Disc (disc with a large storage capacity, approximately 10x DVD). Just to know, the classic animated film was first released in 1937.

“Snow White is a classic animated film that is still popular to this day,” he said to the Press Association. “It was fantastic … ‘playing’ with the classics like this.”
“Apples,” he continued, “took a big part of this work. It was just once, using the apple, to create the impression ‘magic’ in my work.”
About his work, Staite admit that what should be done by food artist was quite heavy. Selecting course materials, he spent about two weeks. Not to mention the time arranged, to form an image. “I got a bad back,” he says.
But all his efforts paid off when people enjoy, admire, and praised his work. Staite later admitted, he felt happy if people want to eat that he works for.

Hmmm … how the work of Snow White on top? Are you interested to spend it?

Positive Mood Can relieve Pain
Article Rating:
By: Team AndrieWongso.com

Have emotional (mood / mood) is positive, many benefits. One of them, can ease the pain! Thus the conclusion of the study from a team of scientists, led by Mathieu Roy from Columbia University, New York, USA.

“We are investigating the relationship between brain, emotion, and pain. Exactly what happens when the pain felt by our brains, and how if it is combined with negative emotions,” said Roy. “Apparently, emotions can determine how we react to pain, because they are related.”
Research
Tim Roy studied the reaction of 13 research subjects that cause shock knee jerk study participants. When the study participants felt that electric shock, they saw the pictures of pleasant (eg a water skiing in the summer), unpleasant (such as a scary bear), and neutral (eg a book).
Well, at the same time, the research team scanned the brain activity of participants.
“We found that looking at the pictures unpleasant pain is stronger in the study subjects who experienced the shock (due to electric shock) than if you see pictures of fun,” said Roy.
The research seems to support previous studies that revealed Roy pleasant music can ease the pain. “Our findings demonstrate the non drug intervention obatanm, such as photography or music that can enhance one’s mood, can be used in health care to ease the pain!”
The latest findings from Roy’s team has appeared in “Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences” edition last week.

Sign Kolintang World Records Book
By: Team Andriewongso.com
Four world records created in Maesa Stadium Tondano, Minahasa, North Sulawesi, Saturday (31/10) in Minahasa anniversary celebrations of the 581.

First, mass kolintang music game with the most participants 1223 people (the participants played a song-temboan Aki Tembo and Minahasa Kina Toanku). Second, the mass of bamboo music game with the most participants 3011 people (this time, the participants played a song for Baku Dapa and dear-dear mama Silili). Third, the instruments of the world’s largest kolintang (width of 2.5 meters 2 meters height, weight 3 tons). Fourth or last, a bamboo musical instrument in the world’s greatest trumpet (32 meters long, 8 meters high, 5.20 meters in diameter, and circumference of a circle 6.80 meters).
Present at the scene, a jury representative of Guinness World Records / GWR, which Sinigaglesi Lucia.

He came to check the size of the instrument, check the number of participants, and watched the game harmony instruments. At the end of the show, he admitted, “Appearance of thousands of people who play music and music kolintang mass bamboo and manufacturing trumpets and musical instruments in the world’s largest kolintang a good track record in the world.” He also revealed, according to research GWR team based in London, England, instruments, melody, and rhythm and music kolintang bamboo in Indonesia, yet there is a match in the world. Plus, GWR kolintang and musical notes of bamboo as a traditional art form that amazing world.
After that, Lucia immediately handed four award certificates to the Chairman of the Art Institute of Culture Flammable, Beny Mamoto. Next certificates submitted to the Regent Minahasa, Vreeke Runtu.
Vreke Runtu himself said that the creation of four world records recognized kolintang GWR makes bamboo music is increasingly recognized, valued, and recognized the world community. World’s Strongest Son
By: Team Andriewongso.com
Giuliano Stroe (5 years) recently inaugurated as the “strongest kid in the world” by the Guinness Book of World Record. He is skilled and liked lifting weights, also can walk with both hands with both feet clamped iron balls. Her body was flexible. Do not forget also, this kindergarten has a sixpack stomach like a professional bodybuilder. Incredible!

Giuliano is a descendant of Romanian boy who grew up in Rome, Italy. Since I was a baby, he had taken her father to the gym to see and accompany him to practice. Then, when she was two years old, his father began to train him to form the body and strength gradually.
Iulian Stroe (33 years), father of this remarkable child, ensure that the exercises are applied to the child’s absolutely no harm. “I myself, since childhood also train hard like my son. See, until now I’m fine too!” he said.
Iulian also add, that even now, despite already proficient with a variety of equipment in the gym, he never let his son practice his own. Equipment in the gym there was a danger to the children.
“Then, when I look bored or saturated Giuliano practice, I immediately stopped him and took him out of the gym to play. … The game was well up to what he likes.”
Giuliano himself, confessed did not feel burdened with the training schedule. In his spare time, he likes watching cartoons and painting. He also remains free to play with their peers. Also, he enjoys a well-known figure. For example, when appearing in public or camera. “I am delighted to have applause,” he admitted.
Giuliano achievements remind people of the world at Richard Sandrak, The Little Hercules, who is also from Ukraine. At the age of 6 years, he was capable of carrying over 210 pounds (95.3 kilograms). After moving to the United States, he became an actor. Now age 17 years. In a recent interview, admitted Sandrak not so interested anymore to his world of entertainment and bodybuilding.

Testing Japanese Super Fast Internet
By: Team Andriewongso.com
State of the Rising Sun, Japan, was to test the latest optical technology at this week. Incredibly, the technology can achieve transfer speeds 30 terabytes per second (Tbps), or 32 billion kilobytes per second (Kbps)!
With this speed, you can send the data for 3.9 million megabytes (MB) within one second. If you want to count again counted, 3.9 million MB of data is equal to the 1000 movie DVDs.
Just a comparison, the average speed internet connection in the world (according to data by the end of 2008) is 1500 Kbps. Well, the difference is very much yes!
The test was conducted by KDDI R & D Labs, along with the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) in Japan. Technology they use, utilizing transmission called OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplex).
According to KDDI, this trial included “serious”. They do so within 240 kilometers, so testing is not just a short distance.
Do you want to immediately try out this amazing technology? Be patient. According to KDDI, they just will mengkomersialkannya in 2012.

Efficient Use of Energy in Computers
By: Team Andriewongso.com
Electrical energy savings in daily use computer has now become a new trend.
Many benefits can we get from the electric energy savings. For example, we can save electricity costs. We also can help save the Earth. Save electricity means saving natural resources used to produce electrical energy, while reducing exhaust gas produced by combustion of natural resources.
Now, there are various kinds of devices are energy-efficient computers. Largest information technology fair in the world this year too, the CeBIT (Centrum der Büro und Informationstechnik), which took place in Hanover – Germany in March 2009, the main theme “Green IT World” or “world of green information technology ‘.
We can follow the trend of energy saving! One way, first, by turning off the computer when you come home from work. According to research, if not forget to 100,000 computers off after work time, then more than 2680 kilowatts of electrical energy that can be saved every day. This is equivalent to 3562 lbs reducing carbon dioxide emissions produced by 107 cars in the street.

Second, consider the energy requirements on the computer when we bought a new device. Look carefully, Personal Computer (PC) or laptop like what we need? What parts installed? For example, the processor. Now, there are energy-efficient processors. Soon, there will be a zero-watt monitor standby, which really no longer suck electricity while in standby position. Or will there is also a null-watt PC, the personal computer energy needs zero at standby!
In addition, you should also remember this logic: an electronic device will be more efficient if the electricity needs of the less. Conversely, the greater the size of the device, then the electrical energy will be increasingly wasteful. A notebook / laptop for example, clearly requires less energy than desk-top computers. And, flat-screen monitor more energy efficient than old-style monitors still use cathode tube technology.
Come on, together, we try to save energy!

Understanding SLD Camera

February 20, 2010

So far, we know the term or abbreviation SLR cameras from a single lens reflex. Why is “single” and why use “reflex”? The system comes complete SLR camera system lenses previously used double (double), the camera system of double-lens system (see picture).
Double-lens system for targeting dividing lens (lens up) and the lens through which to send pictures to the film (lens down). Single lens system complete with wearing only one lens, aka lens and lens to shoot pictures into a single shipper. So, to divide this work is necessary to mirror reflex lid quickly.
Mirror reflex SLR camera tilted at 45 degrees to send the image to the viewfinder with reflecting upward (see figure diagram). And, this mirror reflex movement will lift up when the shutter massaged so that the image sent to the recording field is located behind the mirror. Field can record movies on conventional cameras, digital sensors to digital cameras.
In this digital age, the reflex mirror images can be eliminated because the target can be generated by the sensor field at once. So, when the reflex mirror is removed, the camera with this system no longer be eligible to carry the nickname SLR because it did not have the reflex mechanism again.
Digital world is changing all the paradigms of photography. In the early ’90s when the digital era began, the digital camera is only used to replace film with digital sensors. The Company is the first Olympus SLR camera designed purely digital from the beginning in the early 2000s.
“Life view”
Since the early 2000′s, digital cameras are divided into three classes, namely DSLR (digital SLR), Prosumer (like SLR but the lenses can not dilepastukarkan), and a pocket camera. The fundamental difference between DSLR and her siblings are targeting the problem. Prosumer cameras and compact cameras can shoot through the LCD screen because the sensor can directly send the image to targeting. Things like this can not be done in the camera because the sensor DLSR just received a picture after lifting the reflex mirror.
In April 2006, Olympus issued E-330 camera can make life view alias can shoot from the LCD screen. This system was initially derided as a user of SLR cameras so “stupid”, as if a pocket camera for shooting from the LCD screen.
However, in use, the system life view was very profitable because photographers can shoot with more freedom, including the camera at a very low position, or very high. By looking into the LCD, the eyes of photographers no longer need to stick to the viewfinder should use ordinary SLR camera.
Slowly but surely, other DSLR cameras began to apply this view life system.
One of the most important thing is that later surfaced when he was able to view life, what good is a mirror reflex? What if the mirror was removed?
We remember in the days of film, set the lens diaphragm. Then, when the camera into the electronic era, bracelets diaphragm because the diaphragm shall be removed electronically from the camera body. By removing the bracelet diaphragm in the lens, lens prices so much cheaper then.
If the reflex mirror is removed, the price of the camera must also decline because of a complicated mechanism is removed.
Disappearance mirror reflex also brought other consequences. Flang distance or distance from the lens holder to the sensor surface can be reduced. Empty space left by the mirror reflex lens position can be replaced with a new system.
“Micro four thirds”
So, in August 2008, the two companies, which Olympus and Panasonic, announced a new camera system that they call them micro four thirds system (MFT). The system is updating their old system called the four thirds system (FT), by eliminating the reflex mirror, and then make a new lens system adapted to the loss of space due to the reflex mirror.
MFT system allows a lens system is much more concise. Note the diagram on this page. If the distance flang FT system is 38.67 mm, MFT system flang distance is 20 mm. It is conceivable that later MFT lenses much smaller than its predecessor.
See the comparison MFT 200 mm lens f / 4 with a 300 mm lens f / 4 system at 135 on the image of this page. Because of the small sensor size, MFT 200 mm lens is equivalent to 400 mm lens on a normal 135 system.

SLD
MFT system camera with lenses no longer reflexively, the SLR is not appropriate nickname for this species. Appropriate nickname for him is the SLD aka digital single lens.
SLD deserves the nickname because it is not possible to use other systems the same way, namely by removing the mirror reflexes. So, rather than just the FT system that will remove the lens. It’s not impossible Nikon, Canon, Sony, and Pentax also will create a new system without a reflex mirror.
Panasonic launches its SLD camera first, Lumix G1, in October 2008. Two months later Panasonic adds video functionality to the camera with a GH-1.
On June 16, 2009, turn to the official Olympus camera out of his SLD named EP-1.
Compass who tried both cameras felt great practicality in both. Lightweight and compact, but produces images with quality in accordance with his time. Both G-1 and EP-1 could be held in the palm of an adult’s hand (see picture). Lens system they are also lightweight and tiny.
Trouble shooting via the LCD is still complained of many professional photographers. Viewing digital images by viewing the real image is very much different and this may require conditioning, as well as those now used to meet in cyberspace through Facebook. Even so, Olympus provides a solution for this, namely by adding an optical viewer in EP-1 (optional), as shown in the picture in this page.
In the future, the camera seems to be shifting SLD total Prosumer camera. Olympus and Panasonic seemed to have stopped production of their Prosumer.
Want to know what “more terrible?” By adding an adapter, the camera SLD in the future could use the lens of any brand. Once again, anything!
